Serbia offers a legal, structured route into Europe for workers from South Asia and beyond. Placements are made on a 180-day D-Type employment visa, followed after arrival by an application for a 3-year Temporary Residence and Work Permit (TRC).

No payment before visa approval

Nothing is paid before your D-Type visa is officially approved. We prepare your documents, submit your application and wait for the official decision. Only once the visa has been approved does the first instalment become due.

Available positions

Recruitment is currently open across eleven roles. Accommodation is provided by the employer, and meals are provided as set out in each employment contract.

• Farm Worker — farms and greenhouses. €700–900 per month.
• Warehouse Worker (sugar factory) — stacking packaged product, inventory, loading and internal transport. €800–1,100 per month.
• Warehouse Assistant — general warehouse support and order picking.
• Construction Worker — site work on residential and infrastructure projects.
• Factory Worker — production line roles across light manufacturing.
• Fruit & Vegetable Packing Worker — grading, packing and dispatch.
• Food Production Worker — food processing and packaging under hygiene protocols.
• Paper Cup Production Worker — machine operation and quality checks.
• Agriculture Worker — seasonal and year-round agricultural work.
• Housekeeping / Cleaner — commercial and hospitality cleaning.
• Kitchen Helper — food preparation and kitchen support.
• Logistics Worker — goods handling, dispatch and internal transport.
• General Helper — support roles across all of the above.

Working pattern: 10 hours per day, 5 days per week. Eligibility: male and female applicants, ages 18–50. No previous experience is required for most positions, though warehouse experience may be preferred. Applicants must be physically fit for manual work.

Application process

1. Documents prepared. We draw up your employment contract and official invitation letter.
2. Visa submitted. Your 180-day D-Type visa application is filed through the official Welcome to Serbia system. The government visa fee is included in our service fee. No payment is due from you at this stage.
3. Approval verified with you. Once approved, we hold a live WhatsApp video call, log into the Welcome to Serbia portal together, and you personally confirm the approval. Only then is the first instalment due. Your portal username and password are handed over immediately on receipt.
4. Visa collected. You attend the Serbian embassy or consulate in your country to have the visa placed in your passport. No further visa fee is payable, as the official fee was paid online during your application.
5. Arrival and residence permit. After you arrive in Serbia we finalise your employment with the sponsoring employer and submit your 3-year Temporary Residence and Work Permit application. The final balance falls due once that application has been submitted.

Covered by the fee: employment contract, official invitation letter, 180-day D-Type visa application, the official government visa fee, accommodation documentation, the 3-year Temporary Residence and Work Permit application, government fees, administrative procedures, and professional assistance throughout.

Processing time is typically 30–60 days, subject to employer and embassy processing. Accommodation, meals and insurance are provided as specified in each individual employment contract.
